Andreas is happy to announce that he is currently re-recording his debut album Melodic Winds, with 20 May 2008 being the release date! The new edition will feature all the original pieces with tasteful changes to the arrangements and no changes on the melodies. However, almost all of the sounds will be brand new and clearly superior to the originals (with only a few of the original sounds preserved), while the sound quality of the recordings will be much better than the original. ANDREAS WRITES MUSIC FOR THE ATHENS PLANETARIUM Posted: Dec 10, 2007

Andreas is currently writing the music for an October 2008 show of the Digital Planetarium of the Eugenides Foundation in Athens, Greece: http://www.eugenfound.edu.gr/ The 40-minute show is called "Wonders of the Universe" and will draw an audience of 200,000 in the period October 2008-October 2010.

Andreas has won the title "Best Greek Composition" in the prestigious "Musicaid International Music Awards 2006" with "Sifnos" and "Heart Full of Love" from "When The Sea Remembers" CD! Many of Andreas songs were selected among lots of contestants and forwarded by TAXI and Sonicbids-both the leading websites for independent musicians-to music, film and TV music libraries for future use. "On The Beach" was included in the 2005 Musselman Triathlon Festival Compilation CD and in the 2006 Timberman Triathlon Compilation CD that were given to 1000 and 2200 athletes and volunteers respectively. Also, "Heart Full of Love" has been selected for BandRadio Live while "The Moment of Victory", "Shooting Stars", "On The Beach", "Song for the Children" and "Full Moon Reflections" have been selected by Acoustic Fuel Radio.
